Refund policy
Curious Wonderland strives to provide you with products that are of the highest quality. But if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for a store credit or refund.
Items must have original tags attached, be undamaged, unworn/unused and return requested within 30 days from date of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges: Simply request your item/s to be returned/exchanged through your customer account. Follow steps and we will be in touch a when we view your return request (it's worth also shooting us an email at hello@curiouswonderland.com.au as it's easy to miss an automated return request if we don't look for them).
Return Delivery for items is a flat $10.95.

Damaged/Faulty Items: At Curious Wonderland, all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. However, if merchandise is found to be defective, please contact us to discuss your options.
Out of Stock/Back Orders: From time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances, items may be out of stock. Should this happen, you will be contacted immediately to notify you of this. Should this occur, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product or back order your item (where possible).
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL > NO RETURNS: discounted and sale items (including discount code sales) cannot be exchanged unless faulty. Please choose carefully.
